Egalize Fabric Drying Machine

The air cushioned fabric drying machine forms the first station of the finishing process for tube or open-width fabrics after the dyeing process. The wet fabric, after dyeing, is dried as quickly as possible while aiming to achieve excellent dimensional stability without tension.

Air cushioning is achieved by the uniform blowing of high-pressure air, generated by centrifugal circulation fans with high air flow, through the blowing channels onto the fabric in a transverse position.

The machine design, air blowing channel (straight) structure, circulation fan, and body insulation have been specially designed by our company to bring the fabric moisture level down from 70% to 5-8% and achieve a dimensional stability value of 3-7% depending on the fabric.

The machine consists of six main units: feeder, tenter, chain part, drying cabins, intermediate humidification cabin, and exit part.

The feed line of Egalize (feeder, tenter, and chain conveyor) is offered as an optional feature.
