Ram Preheat Unit          

- It is aimed to increase the production capacity of the ram machine by mounting it to the entrance part without spoiling the originality of the ram machine.

- The fabric will reach a temperature of 60-90 ºC before entering the Ram, the evaporation will begin before entering the first cabinet and the fabric temperature will reach 120 - 150 ºC at the end of the first cabinet.

- Measured average production speed increase was determined as 20%.

- Compared to the cabinet addition, the installation is quite simple and the cost is low.

- When the chain stops, the infrared lamps will turn off and the unit will lift up with the pneumatic pistons. Thus, the possibility of possible yellowing on the fabric will be eliminated.

- Fixing automation can be added optionally. With the optical sensors mounted inside the cabinet, the temperatures on the fabric surface are read and when the desired value is achieved, the system automatically intervenes in the chain speed, ensuring that the fabric remains at the desired temperature for the desired time.

- With the fixation automation, the fabric is always produced with the same fixation quality, regardless of the conditions, thus increasing speed and efficiency.
