Tube Thermofix Machine

The aim of the machine is to thermofix lycra knitted fabrics in tube form before dyeing.

The thermofixation process in the machine provides various improvements such as obtaining the desired weight, stabilizing the width, removing wrinkles, ensuring homogeneous and smooth fiber formation, and eliminating regional color tone differences after dyeing.

It eliminates the time loss and waste caused by cutting, as well as the energy costs associated with sanforization, and increases production speed.

With a mold length of 6 meters, it provides high-quality thermofixation at a working speed of up to 18 m/min.

The temperature in the three-zone chamber is maintained with a sensitivity of +/- 1 ºC.

It is suitable for all types of knitted fabrics where thermofixation is required (cotton-lycra, lycra-polyester, lycra-viscose, viscose-polyester).

The fabric can be fed into the machine with a tension range of 0-30%.

A flap system is available to prevent the fabric from burning when the machine stops.

The temperature inside the chamber is preserved at the highest level with specially manufactured insulation covers.
