Polyester Canvas Production Line

- The production line consists of inlet dock trolley, plastering knife, infrared oven, water-cooled outlet calender, cooling cylinder group and outlet dock wrapping units.

- It has a working width of 3.400 mm, can be manufactured up to a width of 5.000 mm.

- The plastering knife can work with an independent double servo motor with a precision of 10 micrometers.

- The oven is heated with Infrared lamp groups.

- All motors from the input unit to the output are controlled synchronously and the minimum shrinkage rate is achieved in the fabric.

- It has a production capacity of 20 mt/min.
