During the production phase of automobile air conditioners, plastic tubing material must be plastered on aluminum installation pipes. This process must be carried out in a high quality and fast manner in the automotive sector, which races with time and does not compromise on mistakes. On this occasion, in this special double-jaw heating unit we produce, by adjusting the upper and lower height and temperature, homogeneous plastering of the tubing on the pipe is ensured at a temperature of approximately 600 ºC.
